Information
The grapes are handpicked, sorted and pressed. The grape juice is then fermented at a low temperature with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit flavors. Secondary fermentation occurs under high pressure in hermetically sealed vessels. As a result, a shiny sparkling wine is created, perfect for special celebrations.
