Information
The selected grapes are handpicked, sorted and pressed. The grape juice is then fermented at a low temperature with selected yeast strains to preserve the inherent fruit aromas. Secondary fermentation occurs under high pressure in hermetically sealed vessels. This process results in a vibrant, crisp sparkling wine.
